The Services

We provide non-diagnostic, non-medical ultrasound imaging services for pregnant clients. Our scans are performed by trained and registered professionals experienced in ultrasound imaging (referred to in these Conditions as Sonographer(s)).

With your consent, we will carry out a fetal ultrasound scan. The purpose of the scan is keepsake imaging only, including capturing 2D images and/or videos of the fetus.

Our services do not assess fetal health, development, anatomy, or well-being, do not check measurements for clinical purposes, and do not replace medical or diagnostic ultrasound examinations performed by your healthcare provider.

No medical opinions, assessments, interpretations, or conclusions will be given during or after your scan.

If you have any medical concerns at any time during your pregnancy, you should contact your midwife, doctor, or other qualified healthcare provider.

Gestation

Our packages are designed to be performed at suggested stages of pregnancy for optimal imaging results. Gestational age is based on information you provide to us and is not confirmed or verified during your scan.

If you attend your appointment outside the recommended gestation for your chosen package, image quality and results may be limited. This is outside of our control and does not entitle you to a free rescan.

Medical Disclaimer

You understand and accept that we do not have access to your medical history and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, reassurance, or screening.

Our scans are not intended to identify abnormalities, conditions, or complications, and should not be relied upon for medical decision-making.

You acknowledge that this service is not a substitute for antenatal care and that it is your responsibility to attend all scans and appointments recommended by your healthcare provider.

Method

Most scans are completed abdominally using ultrasound equipment. You will be asked to expose your abdomen and should wear appropriate clothing.

In some early-pregnancy cases, a transvaginal scan may be offered. This will only be carried out with your full consent, and you may decline or ask for the scan to stop at any time.

Modification

We reserve the right to modify or improve our services without prior notice.

Photography & Recording

Personal photography or recording during appointments may be permitted at our sole discretion.

Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to access our services.

Price & Payment

Our prices are set out in our current price list. Full payment is required prior to or at the time of your appointment.

We accept payment by cash, debit/credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

If you wish to change the date or time of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

Late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment may result in forfeiture of the full appointment fee.

Cancellation of Services by Us

We may cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, including technical issues, staffing issues, or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel your appointment and are unable to reschedule, any fees paid for services not provided will be refunded.

Delays Outside Our Control

If your appointment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.

What You Will Receive Following the Scan

You will receive digital images and/or digital video files only, depending on the package purchased. Printed images are not provided.

Ownership of Images

We retain the copyright of all images and videos created. Images will only be used for promotional or marketing purposes with your explicit consent.

What We Cannot Guarantee

Image quality depends on factors outside our control, including fetal position, gestation, and maternal body type.

For gender reveal scans, we do not guarantee accuracy and accept no liability for incorrect gender identification.

Our Liability to You

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings while on our premises.

We are only liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the service. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses or for business losses, as services are provided for personal use only.

Nothing in these Conditions limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information to provide services, process payments, and manage your appointment.

Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. We retain scan data for up to 8 years.

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal obligations.

Enforceability

If any part of these Conditions is found to be unlawful, the remaining terms will continue in force.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
